The questions our patients ask most about appointments, fees, opening hours, pain and recovery, with answers.

On this page we have answered the questions our patients ask us most often by phone, on WhatsApp and at reception. For questions about a specific treatment, each treatment page also has its own frequently asked questions section.

When booking, you can tell us which dentist you would like to see.
The fee depends on the treatment and the condition of the teeth. After the examination you receive a written treatment plan with the fees. Credit cards and contactless payment are accepted; our contracted insurer is Allianz.
You can call us on +90 256 212 46 46 or write to our WhatsApp line. You are given the earliest appointment available with our dentists. If you are in pain, just let us know.
We are open on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00. The clinic is closed on Sundays. Outside working hours you can leave a message on our WhatsApp line; we will get back to you when we open.
Most treatments are done under local anesthesia (numbing), so you do not feel pain during the procedure. For people with fear of the dentist, there are sedation and general anesthesia options with an anesthesiologist.
It depends on the treatment. After fillings and bonding you return to normal life the same day. After extractions and minor surgery, care is needed for the first few days. With implants, fusion with the bone takes a few months. Each treatment page includes aftercare advice; for implants, see the implant aftercare page.
Treatments such as fillings, crowns, bridges, implants and dentures can be used for many years. Their lifespan depends largely on daily oral care and regular check-ups. How long whitening lasts depends on diet and smoking habits.
Yes. For crowns, bridges and implants, an interdental brush or water flosser is recommended in addition to daily brushing. Dentures and night guards should be cleaned every day. We recommend a check-up every six months for all our patients.
After procedures such as fillings, whitening and bonding you can exercise straight away. After extractions, implants and other surgery it is recommended to avoid strenuous exercise for a few days; your dentist will tell you when you can start again.
After treatments such as fillings, fluoride and fissure sealants, your child can go back to school the same day. After an extraction they usually go back the next day. After treatment under general anesthesia, resting at home for the rest of the day is recommended.
Yes. Clear aligner treatment is planned and followed up by our orthodontist, Dr. Şirin Yaylalı Altuntaş. For details, see the clear aligners page.
During working hours you can call +90 256 212 46 46 or write to our WhatsApp line. We do not have a separate on-call service at weekends or outside working hours; if you leave a message on WhatsApp, we will get back to you when we open.
